Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and the payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Since our products are digital in nature, cancellation after purchase is not possible.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

• If the customer has been charged multiple times for the same product.

• If the customer does not receive the download link or access due to a technical issue.

• If the digital file provided is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof of payment.
